Categories:
Young men (1992-90 date of birth) - 45, 50, 55, 60, 66, over 66 kg;
Cadets (1989-88 date of birth) - 58, 63, 69, 76, over 76 kg;
Men (1987 of birth and more old) - 63, 69, 76, 85, over 85 kg.
Categories of women will be defined under forward orderings.

Program:
October, 27 (Friday) - registrations and weighing of sportsmen. Seminar for referees.
October, 28 (Saturday) - opening of tournament. Fights of full-contact and grappling.
October, 29 (Sunday) - fights of universal karate, delivery of cups, medals and certificates to winners and prize-winners. Closing of tournament.
October, 25-26 - Seminar of shihan Ruslan Akumov and certification for belts of a universal karate.

Fee: members of WUKF - 40 euros, other fighters - 60 euros. At participation of the sportsman in two versions, it is necessary to pay in addition 10 euros. Seminar - 30 euros.

Main referee: Ruslan Akumov (Russia) - head of school WUKF, president Russian federation of universal karate; world champion of kick-boxing; sevenfold Russian champion of kick-boxing, karate and savate; shihan, 6 dan.
Chairman of organizing committee: Nikolay Harlamov (Lithuania) - president of the Lithuanian representative of federation WUKF.
Main secretary: Eugeny Karas (Moldova) - president of the Moldavian federation UKADO, 2 dan.

Hotel and three meals a day for one person - 30 euros for 1 day.
